One of my websites will display a blank white page when I click on the title to edit the page from my pages menu. There is nothing on this page at all. I can get the Avia Layout Builder / Editor to display when running Chrome but my client only uses Firefox and would like to be able to edit her page from that browser. I have Updated Firefox, cleared Cashe, disabled all plug-ins, turned off performance enhancements from Firefox with no improvement.

    Any recommendations?

Fixed the issue. Somehow the new WordPress editor is messing things up?

I activated the Classic Editor Plugin and it is now working..

Classic Editor is an official plugin maintained by the WordPress team that restores the previous (“classic”) WordPress editor and the “Edit Post” screen. It makes it possible to use plugins that extend that screen, add old-style meta boxes, or otherwise depend on the previous editor.

Classic Editor is an official WordPress plugin, and will be fully supported and maintained until at least 2022, or as long as is necessary.

    Hi,

Great, glad you got it working. Yes, the problem is due to the new default editor in WordPress introduced in WordPress 5.

Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
