    Hi, I can’t enter in my Enfold options and also I can’t modify any page. It’s 3 days I can’t do nothing. I tried to deactivate plugins but probably is not a soluztion. Please help me. You can enter with temporary login

    Hey soniavoice,

    Thank you for sharing the screenshot. Please elaborate on the issue you are facing. By blocked do you mean you are unable to use the layout builder?

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    In private content you can find link for login with temporary Login.
    I’m unable to use all:
    I can’t see Enfold option (layout, style, general menu, import,….. ) as you can see in screenshot.
    And I can’t see any content in my pages as you can see in the other screenshot. If I try to open a page or create a new one it remain blocked in loading status. Is it clear? I can do nothing..

    Please let me know something as soon as possible. It’s 4 days I have urgent changes to made on the website and I’ve not possibility to make them.

    I would like also to update my theme but I can’t go in the specific section to do it.

    Could you generate a new token or post manual login details please?

    About your problem; are you running WordPress 5.0.x? If so then you can try this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/, or disble Gutenberg using this in your functions.php file:

    // disable for posts
add_filter('use_block_editor_for_post', '__return_false', 10);

// disable for post types
add_filter('use_block_editor_for_post_type', '__return_false', 10);

    Hi,

    It’s conflict coming from the Popup Builder builder plugin, I deactivated the plugin and everything works as it should now. If you need help with that plugin then please try contacting their support.
