Hello there- I tried to download the Enfold theme in order to use for my website from you however it did not download properly. I took tutorials prior to ordering it to see what features it has however the one from you did not appear the same as the tutorials offered. I would like to have my money back as I did pay for it and delete my account with you. I have deleted the portion of Enfold and will not be using it.
