Hi,
I have several sites using Enfold and I have updated via FTP to V 4.5.2. One of my sites backend is now functioning properly, but another I’m working on isn’t working right- when I try adding a new page, I just get “Publishing Failed”. The Permalink shows Error 404- Page not found.
It does the same thing when I try to add a new Portfolio Item.
I tried adding the API Token to both sites and this is what I get:Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:
Purchases could not be accessed
Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
Following errors occured:Purchases: Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
– response_code: 403
– reason: scope-missing
username Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
– code: not_authenticated
email Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
– code: not_authenticated
Purchases: A problem occured accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates. Each site has its own license of Enfold.
Any help would be really appreciated… client will be back to work on the 26th and expects changes!
December 26, 2018 at 2:26 pm #1049058Hey Christina,
Sorry for the late reply, for your “publishing failed” error, this sounds like a “ModSecurity” issue, please ask your webhost to check your server log and white list the file or try turning off the firewall. Please see these examples:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/error-message-publishing-failed-or-updating-failed/
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/publishing-fail-after-update-to-wordpress-5-0/page/3/For your Envato token, This sounds like either you have not given enough permissions for the token to access your account, please compare your permissions with the ones in this documentation
The other possibility is that the site has already pinged Envato too many times recently and you have been limited, which is typically for 24 hours.
When you do try again please do so from a incognito window (private browser), there have been reports of errors due to Envato cookies.Best regards,

I’ve got this worked out now- the Token article at https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#toggle-id-5 fixed my issue. I appreciate your help!Christina
