Can't change Heading Font under General Styling for child theme

I am using a child theme. Under General Styling/Fonts, I changed the Heading Font to Tangerine and all headings changed as expected. However, I then changed the Heading Font to Salsa and saved but all Headings remained as Tangerine.

1) I tried clearing my cache but it did not work so I check on both mobile and a separate computer and all Heading are still Tangerine.
2) I tried adding the following css to both quick CSS as well the child theme style.css. Neither worked

h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 { font-family: ‘Salsa’, ‘HelveticaNeue’, ‘Helvetica Neue’, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif !important; }

Please help me figure out why I can’t change my heading font.
