    On Mobile Menu:
    Is it possible to have a parent menu item that has sub-pages (indicated by dropdown / toggle arrow) – to only trigger the toggle if the arrow is touched – and having the Parent Menu Item Text clickthru to its own page?

    Parent Menu Item >
    – Subpage
    – Subpage
    – Subpage

    does that make sense?

    Hey jomo5280,

    For the mobile device there is only a tap and so it might not work like that.

    You can use this option in the Theme options > Main Menu > Burger/Mobile Menu

    This feels like standard functionality that should exist.

    Enfold really needs to get on this as an option for a future update.

    The mobile menu is otherwise quite hacky to achieve this desired functionality where you need to customize scripts to make it work how you want it.
