    I’m on Version 3.6.1.

    When I try to update, I get this error:

    An error occurred while updating Enfold: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.

    How to fix?

    If you would like us to update the theme for you, please have a backup and post URL of your website as well.

    I tried uploading the .zip file but it failed. Here is the error…..

    Installing Theme from uploaded file: themeforest-4519990-enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme-wordpress-theme.zip
    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the theme…

    Destination folder already exists. /nas/content/live/tlksourcing/wp-content/themes/enfold/

    Theme installation failed.

    Could you log in and fix the issue?

    Hi Trent Dyrsmid,

    Please rename the existing Enfold folder and try again.
