    Hi,

After I’ve updated to the latest version of WP/Theme, I’m no longer able to edit existing text blocks on the site. It just shows a blank editor but with the unformatted text turned white. I’ve made a video to show you.

Hope you have a magic trick for this.

    Best,
    Jesper

    Hi,

If you’re using Enfold 4.5.2, go to Enfold > Theme Options > Select Your Editor > Use WP Classic Editor and save.
If you’re using Enfold 4.5 or 4.5.1, you can install and activate this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/
Let us know if this helps.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Thanks, Nikko.

I have 4.5.2 and the setting was already set to classic. So I thought there might be a conflict with a plugin. I deactivated them and it worked. The weird thing is, that after I tried activating them one by one, it didn’t stop working. Now all plugins are active again and the editor is working :-D Go figure.

    Cheers,
    Jesper

    Hi Jesper,

That’s something unexpected but I guess it’s good that it’s working.
How about trying to deactivate it all again temporarily and activate the plugins one by one but this time in reverse, activate first the last one you activated, maybe it’s the essential plugin used on your site.
Maybe deactivating it causes errors and halts the other codes to execute.

    Best regards,
    Nikko
