    See below for error:

    Home page comes up but there are things missing and the rest of the pages give the errors.. If I try to go to the dashboard, I get the above error

    I had to copy back the website folder that I backed up to get the site up again.. I have two sites using teh Enfold theme, one site works fine the other as you see above goves me the error…

    OK.. Just an FYI. The front page is fine but still get teh error mentioned above on all the other pages.. The Dashboard does come up now.. I need to get this fixed ASAP.. Our site is down..

    OK another update.. After I cleared teh Cache for the website, all the pages now come up.. But I cannot update to the currect version of Enfold. Like I said above, I have another site that I updated and it is running fine..

    Hey,

    Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/updating-to-enfold-4-5-and-validating-personal-token/ and update Enfold to the latest version manually.
    If you would like us to update the theme for you, please post FTP logins here privately as well.

    OK will look at it, but why did one side update ok and the other did not??

    I tried the upload and install like the link you gave me, but this is what I get:

    Installing Theme from uploaded file: themeforest-4519990-enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme-wordpress-theme – 122018.zip
    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the theme…

    Destination folder already exists. /data/12/1/33/48/1196048/user/1274238/htdocs/TCWebsite/wp-content/themes/enfold/

    Theme installation failed.

    Never mind.. I did not have the plug-in installed on this site, it was on the other.. But I still have to do the change a setting in the setup for teh Enfold theme because the CSS or whatever it is was all messed up again.. But done.. You can close this thread..
