    Hi,
    After switching to a new hosting server, all the settings and style of the template are gone!
    what can we do?

    Hey daropress,

    You might have updated your site to WP version 5.
    Try to install and activate this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/
    Doing so will disable the new gutenberg editor and use the classic text editor we use in 4.9.8.

    Hi Nikko,
    I installed the plugin and it really arranged the editor.
    But what about the problem of template formatting settings?
    After switching to a new hosting server, all the settings and style of the template are gone!
    How do I restore the template formatting settings?

    Hi daropress,

    Do you have a backup of your site before moving? or atleast if you have some backups that has the latest settings you have.
    You can try to restore it probably in your subdomain and export the settings and import it on your site.
