Hello,
The videos we have on the slider have a play button on the bottom left next to the progress bar. When someone moves their mouse to, or close to, the center of the arrow, it does not highlight. They have to move their pointer to the bottom or top of the arrow.
This is leading them to believe the play button is not working.
Also I have noticed that from time to time, you’ll get the following message when navigating to the page with the slider: “this type of video is not supported”, but when you refresh, it works fine and the video shows? This does not happen all the time.

The slider and control seem to work fine on my end.

I’ve taken small videos of exactly what is happening in Firefox, Chrome, and IE – they are in the private section.

Looks like this caption position is not working for you, you need to move is somewhere and see if the controls work then.

It was a plugin called LiteTooltip v2.0 which when I turned off, everything worked as it should. I only had one page which used this plugin, so it was easier to disable it rather than troubleshoot further.
