    Hi,
    I tested my WP + woocomerce+ enfold with plugin Troubleshooting.
    I have a problem with outgoing email: Payment received for your order (confirmation order) the customer don’t receive it.
    Troubleshooting says response the problem is in the theme.
    I change theme and put Twenty Seventeen (default theme wp)
    WP+woocomerce works correctly and the email is received by the customer.
    You can you help me?

    Sorry for the late reply, and thanks for the admin login, but what is the “Troubleshooting” plugin that you are referring to?
    I took a look at your plugins and don’t see a “Troubleshooting” plugin.
    I do see the “WP Mail Logging” which has been very helpful in the past, but to address your issue I would need to recreate it on a localhost, to rule out settings like this one taken from your site:

    Can you include any info to isolate who is not getting the confirmation email?
    I question your SMTP mail because typically you will need to change your “from” address to past your host’s spam filter, or include a “reply-to” field in your email. Each webhot is a little different, but I don’t see these changes in your functions.php.
    Have you asked your webhost about their out going spam filter?

    Hi,
    I placed an order and WP Mail Log shows that a email was sent, but I didn’t get it, although the email has no “Reply-to” in the header which would explain this because most hosts will treat out going email with no “Reply-to” in the header as spam. But I see that your other emails have a “Reply-to” in the header.

    When I placed the order I used the “Cash on pickup” as the payment option, is this how you tested or do you have a sandbox payment account?
    Is the site live? I don’t want to accidentally make any changes that will effect your business, but it looks like the email is being sent, whatever is happening seems to be outside of WordPress.

    Hi,
    I took another look at your customer emails, and placed an order, once I marked the order a paid I received the email, which is how woocommerce is suppose to work.

    In WooCommerce, the new order email doesn’t go out until the order has been paid for
