    Prior to WP5.0 Enfold has automatically generated excerpts of blog posts for the blog posts page on my website: https://www.gtk-mureck.at/aktuelles/aktuelle-beitraege/
    The last post from the 15. of december 2018 which was created using WP 5.0 and ALB is now missing the excerpt. I also tried to add the excerpt manually, but then the excerpt also appears on the front page, what I actually don’t want to happen.

    Am I doing something wrong or are there still some problems with WP5.0+Enfold regarding excerpts of blog posts?

    Hey shaevy,

    Wordpress 5.0’s gutenberg editor might be causing the issue.
    Can you try to install and activate this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/ ? this should disable gutenberg editor and use the old default editor in WP 4.9.8
