    Dear Support Team

    Console shows: ReferenceError: avia_is_mobile is not defined
    All caching have been flushed, new theme files via FTP overwritten. Original theme (not child) same. I still get that error.

    How to stop that error?

    I have set in shortcode.js line 12 $.avia_utilities.isMobile = true; to $.avia_utilities.isMobile = false;
    I am not sure if that solves the main problem.

    Hi,

    Could you try to disable everything under Enfold->Performance to see if that helps please? If not then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
