    Hi, We have an issue with the contact forms on mobile – they just don’t show up on screens smaller than 768 px.
    Please let me know how to fix this.

    So I see you made the contact form within a 3/5 column with 1/5 space on the left and 1/5 on the right side.
    I would try to make it in one column 1/1 for the mobile view, this should solve the issue.

    Do you know how to do that?
