I am trying to update and existing image via Avia Layout Builder but the image is not updating. I checked the browser console and error is encountered in the javascript file:
/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/assets/js/avia-media.js?ver=0.9.5
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘url’ of undefinedDecember 12, 2018 at 10:05 am #1044235Hey mhawker,
Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please? If that is not the case then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look, also point out how and where we can reproduce the problem.
Best regards,
RikardDecember 13, 2018 at 3:49 am #1044661Hi Rikard,
Thank you for your prompt response. We have tried deactivating all plugins prior to submitting this support request and the problem still persist even if all plugins are deactivated. I also tried using the Parent Enfold Theme instead of the child theme but the problem still persists.
We will be glad to let you investigate the problem on our site. Please see private content for details.
Thank you.
December 14, 2018 at 5:51 am #1045132Hi,
Thanks for that, though something seems to be changing things in your WordPress media library. When you select the to add a new image and want to select it from there, the file size option is gone for instance, and there is a button added to replace the image. That is not added by the theme and I can’t reproduce the problem on a local installation.
Best regards,

Thank you for your assistance. Do you have a screenshot of the bug with the media library that you have noticed. I think that is happening because of the Enable Replace Media plugin. I have disabled all the plugins on the site now. Please check if you can still replicated the bug on the Media Library. We are still encountering the problem with the plugins disabled.
