    Hallo, ich habe eben ein Update auf die aktuellste Version durchgeführt. Danach war die Seite weiss.
    Im Forum habe ich nachgelesen, dass ich WP memory limit von 128MB haben muss. Ist erledigt.
    Dann habe ich den test per FTP durchgeführt und den alten Ordner enfold in enfold-old umbenannt und das aktuelle Theme installiert. Seite weiss. Jetzt mit der alten Version steht in den Einstellungen: No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.5.1).

    Bitte um Hilfe, da es meine Kundin ist und die Seite unbedingt wieder online gehen muss so schnell wie möglich BITTE.

    Hallo mediendesignerin,

    I see that you have the new version installed but it’s not activated, are you getting this problem when you activate the new version? Are we allowed to try it out for ourselves?

    Which version of php are you running?

    Die Standard PHP Version 5.6 wird am 24.10.2018 deaktiviert. Alle Domains/Verzeichnisse, die zu diesem Zeitpunkt auf PHP 5.6 im KIS eingestellt sind, werden automatisch auf die neue Standard PHP Version 7.2 umgestellt.

    we have php 7.2

    please help, because the site have to run … thank you very much!

    Good day,

    Two days ago, I paid almost 50 € for the support service so I can get their help. Now we have a website that does not work for days. So I ask you to reply as soon as possible because the website has to run. I wrote back yesterday at 11:00 am which PHP version we have. please tell us what exactly to do? Now it’s all about technical stuff with you. Is the website enfold running at 7.2? It can not be seen on the enfold website.

    We urgently need this help for which we pay !!!

    I checked your website today and it is running Enfold 4.5, seems to look fine. Can you please specify the issue that you have right now?
