As soon as I insert this form, once this error has been published:
Warning: Division by zero in /web/htdocs/www.asdcalcioatleticoascoli.it/home/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/logoslider/logoslider.php on line 608

Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also please point out where we can reproduce the error.
Best regards,
RikardDecember 5, 2018 at 12:21 pm #1041184I attach the credentials as required. I do not have a page where I can reproduce the error because I have deactivated everything since the site is online. However you can easily insert the module where you want to do the tests. Thank you
December 6, 2018 at 5:12 am #1041484Hi,
Thanks for that. I created a test page with that element, though I can’t see any error messages when I add it and save the page. What do we need to do to reproduce the problem?
Best regards,
RikardDecember 6, 2018 at 10:25 am #1041553try to apply it to the homepage, you will see that the error appears.
December 6, 2018 at 12:18 pm #1041604Hi,
Thanks for the update, I added it to the top of your home page but I’m still not seeing any error messages.
Best regards,
RikardDecember 6, 2018 at 1:41 pm #1041645now I have inserted it, I leave it online with the error. Let me know.
December 7, 2018 at 5:40 am #1041915Hi,
Thanks for that, I see it now too. I see that you haven’t added anything to the element, I’m guessing that is why that is happening. If you are not going to add any content to the element then you don’t need to add it to the page.
Best regards,
RikardDecember 7, 2018 at 11:54 am #1041995the images are there, when I go to save, they disappear …
December 8, 2018 at 6:08 am #1042337Hi,
Ok, are you actually adding any images though? I removed the empty ones, added 3 new ones and saved without any problems and no errors message on the front-end.
Best regards,
RikardDecember 8, 2018 at 10:22 am #1042410Hi, I found the problem .. The module can not play the PNG files, the error appears only if from the gallery I enter png with transparency. While the jpg loads them without problems.
December 13, 2018 at 7:35 am #1044743Hi,
The element should be able to accept PNG files. I created a test page with the logo slider element and added a PNG image. ( see private field )
Best regards,
IsmaelDecember 13, 2018 at 10:39 am #1044788I zoom in your form .. when I’m going to import PNG already in the library, so you can easily see them too. Already from here we see that something is wrong, and if I go to do updates, from that error and the image in the form disappears.
December 14, 2018 at 10:55 am #1045196Hi,
I’m not really sure what’s wrong with that screenshot. Can you explain it further please?
I add a few images in the slider but I still can’t see the issue. (see private field)Best regards,
