    Hello,

I recently purchased the plugin WP Tasty Pins. I’ve tried to set it up on WordPress with my theme, but the plugin is not working correctly. When I contacted Tasty Pings they said this:
“Can you try temporarily changing to the Twenty Seventeen theme and seeing if the proper pin descriptions show up? The image HTML looks strange and I get the feeling your theme is doing something rather odd with how images are added to the page.”

I cannot figure how to change it back to the 2017 theme to see if that is the problem.

    Thank you,
    Kayla

    Hey Kayla,

https://cl.ly/0674768a917f You need to go to Appearance > Themes and press activate on the 2017 theme.

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hello,

I don’t see the 2017 available there, this is what I see: https://www.dropbox.com/s/1etv59yuk6dlscq/themes.JPG?dl=0

    Hi,

Please try activating TwentyNineteen instead or install TwentySeventeen.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

I tried activating TwentyNineteen but it changed the whole look of my website. Does the plugin not work with the Enfold theme?

    Hi whereeverimwithyou,

I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!

    Best regards,
    Victoria
