    Dear Kriesi-Support,
    a clients webshop running on all latest versions of WP, Enfold + Woocommerce does not show the numbers-badge and article-list on hover. On the cart-site the articles show up correctly.

    This happens only, when the visitor is not logged in. As soon as I log in, the number-badge and article-list appears.

    I have no clue, how to fix that.

    Hi Victoria,
    here you are. See private content please. No matter if I am logged in as client, as admin or not logged in. Sometimes when logged in as admin, the badge shows up.

    I disabled Comet Cache, uninstalled it. Cleared browser cache, etc. Really strange.

    Hi,

    I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login URL does not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?

    The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

    Please refer to this link and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

    I can’t reproduce the issue on my end. The cart counter displays properly regardless of the login status.
