Sidebar Width does not work

Hi!, I’m trying to modify the ratio between sidebar and content width but changes are not visible on pages, how could I solve this?

I created a second menu that I want to show at some pages but even if I don’t put the menu widget at “sidebar page” it shows the menu automatically and it doesn’t let me customize content and sidebar width. Any idea of how can I solve this?
