Hi best Support Team,
after updating https://musikzentrale.net to Enfold 4.5 most of the color sections` background images got lost. Strange enough that some still show their background image, but most not. When I renew the image, it shows up as usual.Since we make heavy use of color section, I am looking for a more straightforward solution than opening every page and reinsert the images. So any help is highly appreciated.

Hey Sebastian,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

I created a test page and it seems to work fine.
It is very unusual that the background image will disappear like that. Most probably it will be a caching issue or a plugin conflict.
First, deactivate all plugins and clear the cache
Hard refresh the page and check for the issue.
If you still have an issue please share a precise link to the page, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

thanks for coming back to my issue and glad, that the basic functionality is working. Maybe I have explain the problem a little further:
After updating, app. half of the background images in color sections are gone for no reason I can see. Just resaving does not solve the problem, I have to clear the bg image, set it for new, save and voila, background image is there again. So far, the functionality is still there. But what I want to avoid is to set up each and every of our some dozens color sections with bg image for new. So any smart solution that saves me from this work is highly appreciated.What I tried so far:
– Cleared caches (Browser, WP Engine Cache, CDN) before each test,
– deactivated all plugins, bg images are still goneSince it is our music school`s live site, I have to fix these errors, but I leave one as it is on https://musikzentrale.net/, please scroll down to the second half where it says “MUSIKZENTRALE – MUSIKSCHULE FÜR MITTELHESSEN, 9 x Musikzentrale – 1 x in Deiner Nähe”. Actually there should be a background image of a singer live on stage.
