    Hello,

I moved a WP site that is in development from the test server to the production server and it seems Enfold is causing issues there. As soon as the theme is activated, I cannot access the WP admin or the website; both result in HTTP error 500, so then in turn I have to temporarily disable Enfold by renaming its folder. When any other theme is activated (2017 etc.) the website and the admin load normally.

Enfold is at version 4.50. The PHP version on the test server was 6.50 but on the production one it is on 7.2.12 by default (and I cannot change that but I thought it would be good to be at the latest PHP version anyway). It does not seem to be related to any of the plugins (the website is light on plugins) as nothing changes when I disable them.

Any ideas what I might try? Any help is much appreciated.

    Best regards,
    Dario

Just an update: I re-uploaded the enfold folder to the themes folder and the site seems to be working again; I lost my widgets setup but that’s not much of an issue as they can be easily recreated.

    Hi dsusanj,

Yeah, php lower than 5.6.3 is not going to cut it.

Glad you got it working for you! :)

If you need further assistance please let us know.

    Best regards,
    Victoria
