    Hi,

    I have issues with the icons:
    1. I have the social media icons properly displayed in the header on the home page. On all other pages they are not displayed properly.
    2. The icon ‘scroll to top’ is only displayed correctly on the home page.
    3. The icons to scroll through different images is also not displayed correctly.

    BUT… When I login to my website admin and preview the pages, all icons are showing.
    Logged out only on the home page.

    Can you please advise how to correct this. Thanks!

    Hey Maarten,

    If you are getting different results when being logged in then you are likely getting cached results, are you using a caching plugin? If so then please try to clear the cache from that and leave it deactivated. You could also try to deactivate file compression under Enfold->Performance.

    Hi,

    I followed your suggestions. Deleted the caching plugin and deactivated file compression.
    But still when I am logged into WP Admin all icons are displayed well. When I log out of WP Admin the icon are displayed as squares.
    I viewed the website on different mac computers, using different browsers but no difference.
    Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    I keep searching for any possible causes, but it is so strange that the icons are showing perfectly when logged in as ‘admin’ and not when I log out.
    Can you please verify if this is also the case when you view the website?

    I added a screenshot of the missing icons (see private content). Is it ‘normal’ that in the coding the data-av icon is shown the same way as displayed in the visible webpage? Could it be something to do with the icon fonts?

    I am running out of possible solutions….

    Thanks for the screenshot and update, I can’t see the icons loading on my end either. Could you try following this first of all please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/icon/#icons-are-showing-as-rectangular-boxes-

    If that doesn’t work then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    On the live website the issue is still there.

    Had the same issue after moving sites.
    Browser-URL and Settings-WP URL / Website-URL must be the same.
    Updating those settings fixed my icons.

    I reinstalled an earlier backup and that fixed the issue. I think a file must have got corrupted.
