Hi,
on my website the masonry gallery is not working any more. Normal gallery item is working fine. Timeline element is working fine as well so it couldn’t be a jQuery issue I think.
I have no idea what the problem is. Caching and minify plugins disabled. WordPress, themes and Enfold are in the latest version.
Can you please have a look? Admin access in private content.

November 16, 2018 at 6:19 am #1034285Hey Marcel,
Thanks for the login details. You are getting error messages on the page from a plugin called Ax Social Stream, could you try disabling that please? Also please try deleting the old versions of Enfold which you are not using any more.
Best regards,
RikardNovember 20, 2018 at 10:48 pm #1035813I have this problem too with Ax social stream. If I disable it everything works fine. Is there any solutions to make it work with Social stream enabled or is it better to contact Ax social stream? If yes, what can I say what the problem is with that plugin?
Thanks in advance,
MarijnNovember 21, 2018 at 11:16 am #1035978Hello Marijn,
please try this:
1. From WP Dashboard, go to Social Stream > Stream Settings > Enabled Layouts tab.
2. Set the “JS Assets Position” option to “Header” and “20”.The “Uncaught Error: No layout mode: packery” problem is where the Isotope package within Avia theme is conflicting with the same Isotope package used in the AX Social Stream plugin.
Best regards,

November 21, 2018 at 12:11 pm #1036003Hi Marijn,
same with my website. I had to create a new Facebook Page Access Token and place it in settings. After that it works.
Simply browse to this address: https://axentmedia.com/facebook-access-token/ and create a new Facebook Page Access Token and replace it with your current Facebook Token within the Social Board Settings page.
Best regards,
Marcel
(JONGO Webagentur)November 21, 2018 at 12:42 pm #1036019Super, it works. You must wait a couple of minutes after regenerate the Access Token before it works. Many thanks!!!
This saves me a lot of searching ;)Best regards,
