    I have a multi author blog. I installed the UPME plugin to better manage the different profiles. Inside the plugin I inserted all the profile photos, but these then do not appear in the blog. The image remains with a pencil on a gray background. How can I solve?

    Our support for third party plugins is limited unfortunately, could you try contacting the plugin authors to see if they can help you out?

    It seems strange. With the previous theme there was no problem and the pic was seen in the blog. I think it’s your problem, not the plugin.

    Hi,

    Ok, thanks for the update. That might be the case, but we can’t guarantee compatibility with all plugins out there, it would just be too much work unfortunately. Maybe you could try looking for a different plugin which has the same functionality?

    No, unfortunatly I can’t use another plugin.
    Is not it really possible to find a solution? I do not think it’s so difficult … the plugin works fine with Enfold, the only thing that does not work is the pic.

    Hi,

    I’m sure it’s possible to find a solution, but it’s out of scope of theme support unfortunately. Like I stated previously, if we had to fix problems with all possible plugins which are available then that is all we would do.
