Combine normal menu and Hamburger

Hi guys, as always thanks for the best theme!

I’m wondering if it’s possible to combine a normal menu with the hamburger menu?

Example:
I would like to use the hamburger for menu items that you normally put in the topbar so instead of regular menu + topbar I would have regular menu + hamburger.
If on mobile view the hamburger could be the only visible menu with traditional menu items in the beginning and menu items from topbar below that, divided by a border.

Is this something you could think about implementing in Enfold?
Is it possible to do this today without external plugin?
