    Dear sir/madam, we been using Enfold for a couple years now. Always loved it.
    yesterday our site got a error that seems to be in your theme
    I discovered that our website is running on 3.1.3 with no option to upgrade to 4.5
    Do we need to buy an update or is something else wrong?

    Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/updating-to-enfold-4-5-and-validating-personal-token/ and also make sure that you are using PHP version 5.4 or newer.

    You would need to register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and login to see the links. You do not need to repurchase the theme. You can simply login on ThemeForest account you used to purchase the theme and download the latest version on Downloads page.

    We lost the code unfortunately. So we bought a new one and updated the file. Everything is working again!
