    Hi Guys,
    Trying to Add the Shop Demo, and each time it ends with ‘didn’t work’
    I have set up the server to import largest files possible and put all the pjp.ini settings on their max.
    I have reset twice now and not sure what is happening.

    Hi Rikard,

    I have tried 4 times, completely starting from scratch and it’s just not working.

    We have the server settings set to max in php.ini and PHP version set to the latest 7.1

    The error starts with ‘File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled…

    Once I had a message that 100+ files failed to import (there is no issues with my connection speed) so I’m lost what to do.

    Hi Vicky,

    It’s a common problem unfortunately, usually it’s due to the server timing out before the import is finished. I understand if you want to get this working, but I think you would need to deal with your hosting provider a lot more if you do.

    Another option would be to activate debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode, then you can link to the pages you want to import here and we’ll give you the shortcodes for them. It not the perfect solution, but at least you will get most of the demo content using this method. I’m guessing you will change most of the content anyway.

    I have added the function code and now see the enfold shortcode parser.
    I’m looking to build the Shop Demo theme, what do I do next?
