    Hi.

    I have created the new code Envato private token, but when updating the theme I get the following error:

    Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:

    Purchases could not be accessed
    Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)

    What can we do?

    Hi Yigit,

    I think is ok now. This is the notification of the theme:

    We checked the token on 2018/11/12 14:43 and we were able to connect to Envato and could access the following information:

    Your purchases
    Your username: aintzerga
    Your E-Mail: (Email address hidden if logged out)

    Is ok for automatic updates?

    Yes, it is okay. You should receive notification for Enfold 4.5.1 when we release it (no ETA yet)
