    Hi, about this old problem solved by Ismael: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/sub-menu-element-not-works/
    I found that when you scroll down the page, Sub Menu Element disappears. Maybe it is to correct the css code provided to me?

    #top .sticky_placeholder {
        z-index: -1;
    }

    For problem verification, in private data there is a temporary access valid for 7 days
    thank you

    Hey czar,

    I’m able to view the sub menu when I scroll the page down.

    Please let us know if you are not able to view this on your system and what browser and device you are using.

    Best regards,
    Vinay

    Hi czar,

    You have the footer.php file in your child theme. Is it from the 4.5 version?

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hi Victoria, I do not remember what version it was, however I deleted it but the problem remains
