Hi,
could you please help me to also show my pictures on mobile devices?
Do the pictures need to have a specific size or is there any css what resizes the pictures for responsive design?
Please look at the site in private. Thanks!

To be clear are you referring for the mobile images on the slider?

Thanks for your reply! No, I don´t mean the slider, but a standard page like given in the private area.
I look forward to hearing from you again soon.

Sorry for the delay, Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use wordpress@kriesi.at ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Sorry for the delay, I have checked your site and found out what the issue is.
The grid sections looks good on desktop but the images disappear on mobile. The empty grid sections with background image will simply collapse on mobile because it has not content and the height is not defined.
You can simply define a padding for the empty grid sections in the grid cell options. This way the background image will show on the mobile device.
Please see screenshot attached.
