    if i check my site with w3c validator i get an error of duplicate syle attribute and The itemprop attribute was specified, but the element is not a property of any item.

    can you help me

    i’m running enfold 4.5

    i have a problem with my site. in color section enfold write into the html a double style attribute and this cause an error in w3c validation. i’m not using the background section because i add any background image via css. but i have this double empty style attribute in the code. Another problem is this error ‘The itemprop attribute was specified, but the element is not a property of any item’ i never had this problem before.

    same here … i support the request from weasyweb … style-attributs are doubled in the HTML-output of sections.

    example looks like this:

    Hi cg,

    Can you disable caching and minification for now? In the view source I can see the duplicate but in the devtools I don’t, maybe the browser stips it down.

    DevTools (Chrome, Firefox) automatically adjust the HTML and filter those duplicate attributes.

    I disabled caching an minify.

    To make it easier for you i set up a testing site. New admin access in the private content (same login, just a different url).
    It’s a fresh installation of WordPress with an up to date Enfold. No possibly interfering plugins, no cache. You are free to change any configuration/settings.

    This is not an urgent issue (not for me at least) … so, take your time … :-)

    On the standard “sample-page” i inserted a color section to illustrate the topic.
