    Hi everyone,

    is there a way to trigger the animated numbers animation manually?

    I load some content containing the animated number both via a shortcode and via AJAX. In the he shortcode version the animation of the animated numbers works just fine as if I had hardcoded it myself. In the AJAX loaded version, however, the animated numbers remains invisible and the animation is not triggered. Is there a way to start the count manually through the call of a certain function? I would like to use the AJAX success event as the trigger then. I can manually insert this, I just need to know which version triggers the animation.

    Hey aph80,

    Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
