We have an issue with the Notice of Member Discount for product covers discounted price. We use WooCommerce and their support checked it and think it may be a theme conflict. I did try switching our theme to Twenty Seventeen, but as the menu went away, could then not access the products.
Can you help to find a fix for this?
Thanks!
Hey mindful520,
Please see private. Also, where can we see the actual issue?
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi there,
I just added a membership level to your user account that should provide some member level discounts. That should allow you to then, when logged in, to see the issue on this page – https://www.mindfullifeprogram.org/product-category/books/.
Let me know if that helps or not to investigate the issue.
Thanks,
Laura
Hi,
Thanks for that, though I can’t see any elements covering each other on my end using Chrome. Could you post a screenshot of the problem and in which browser/resolution we can reproduce it on please?
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi Laura,
If we need to be logged in to be able to see the problem then please specify that in your request. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.wc-memberships-member-discount {
top: -40px;
}
WooCommerce must have really bad support if they couldn’t give you that simple piece of CSS.
Best regards,
Rikard
Rikard,
Thank you for this! It worked! I really appreciate your help with this.
I don’t think WooCommerce wanted to mess with what they saw as a theme conflict.
Wishing you well,
Laura
