    Hi,
    When submitting the contactform, it all looks to work, but the mail is not send (not in spam and correct e-mailadress used.

    I tried Contact Form 7 and that DOES send a mail.

    Am I doing something wrong with the Enfold contactform?

    Hey RonicsFotografie,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hello Basilis … could you post your findings? I’m having the same issue but am not able to provide login or even URL due to client request.

    The Enfold form appears to submit and displays the “success” message but no email is delivered … spam folder checked as well and nothing.

    Not sure if it is relevant, but the email address I’m using with the form is NOT the same as my WP admin address in Settings>General (which has never been changed from the default due to a known WP issue with that)

    Hi RonicsFotografie,

    I would suggest working with the Contact Form 7 if it’s working or you. It is more robust and offers more flexibility.
