    Hello- I bought Enfold under my personal account for work (stupid) many years ago under ‘vidaelf’. I have 4 copies. Great theme!

    I haven’t been with the company for a few months now, and they now need access to support as they’re having issues.

    Can I please transfer the license to (Email address hidden if logged out) ? This is urgent so I’m hoping someone can get back to me ASAP with help. They want to purchase support as well. Please advise!

    Thanks for contacting us!

    We are not able to transfer licenses as Envato/ThemeForest handles those. Could you please contact Envato support and ask if it would be possible to transfer the license?
    You can give your purchase code so they can register to our support forum it is fine by us however they would not have an access to theme files, as they are on your ThemeForest account.

    If there is anything we can do to help, please let us know!
