    My urls should be website.com/shop/parent-category/product-name

    Instead they show up as website.com/shop/parent-category/child-category/product-name

    I’ve ensured the parentcategory as well as the subcategory.

    I’ve uninstalled all plugins other than Woocommerce and the problem remains

    Why is the child-category not being removed on my site?
