Hi,
Please would you be able to help me with the layerslider plugin?
The homepage was displaying all the sliders fine before,
but after installing woocommerce, none of the sliders are being displayed. I desactivated the plugin and reactivated it but still no images are displayed.November 2, 2018 at 1:12 pm #1029138Hey sdachos,
Thanks for the login details, though they seem to not be working. Could you check and verify please?
Best regards,
RikardNovember 2, 2018 at 4:42 pm #1029203Ok I updated the password for you to check.
Since the layerslider plugin is still not working (I updated the theme and plugin too), I have image for now.
But you can see the fullwidth layerslider I want to use for the homepage, inside the templates: its called “homepage-110118”Thanks

November 8, 2018 at 3:48 pm #1031298Hi sdachos,
I’m getting this error:
Using LayerSlider from a non-standard install location or having a different directory name could lead issues in receiving and installing updates. Commonly, you see this issue when you’re using a theme-included version of LayerSlider. To fix this, please first search for an option to disable/unload the bundled version in your theme, then re-install a fresh copy downloaded from CodeCanyon. Your sliders and settings are stored in the database, re-installing the plugin will not harm them.
Can you try to re-update your Enfold theme via ftp?
Best regards,

If I upload the theme via ftp, will I have to reinstall woocommerce plugin and all setup?
I see all woocommerce folder inside the Enfold folder.Thank you for your help

No, you don’t need to reinstall woocommerce plugin.
Try to do this in this manner, backup your site first then switch Enfold to default wordpress theme (like Twenty Seventeen), delete the Enfold theme then install it again (via WP Dashboard or FTP).Best regards,
