    I have recently optimised images on my slider to try and get my page size down on the homepage, however instead they seem to have increased and I believe that the Advanced layerslider is the culprit since this is where the changes have been made.

    i can’t understand why though because the image used has been optimised fully and even at 1600px wide it’s filesize is only 107Kb

    Hopefully someone can shed some light here for me please, the domain in question is https://www.tomhodgson.co.uk/

    I have given up and gone back to Revslider in the end guys, sorry for the unnecessary thread.

    With this in mind is there anyway to remove Layserslider plugin to save the unnecessary overhead please?

    Hi Tom,

    Thanks for the updates. You can deactivate or remove the LayerSlider under Enfold->Layout Builder.
