    Hi

    Our client has just reported that she could not edit column or tabbed content in the Avia layout builder.

    We’ve checked and when we try to edit column content or add more columns etc and update the page, the columns and content disappear.

    Please see private content for example page and WP/FTP access.

    When you add columns and text/image content it initially appears on the page when you update. However, if you then try and edit that content and add columns etc it disappears.

    I’ve disabled all plugins and that has no effect.

    I tried a manual update of the Enfold theme (backend update facility not working) and this killed the site completely. Just a while blank screen.

    Help!

    There are some urgent updates needed on the site but we daren’t touch anything now as content disappears.

    Hey steve159159,

    Thanks for the login details. On which page is this happening? It’s likely due to open markup in your content just before things start disappearing. Please try looking for anything like that.
