    Hi Enfold Team,
    I have a few question about the ENFOLD Theme for our website http://www.playlifesports.de
    1. The pagination of the Product Pages are not working. See here https://www.playlifesports.de/filialen/
    2. The Product Sort Option doesn’t response after changing. Please explain how to sort products and see visible changes online.

    Hey agent001,

    Regarding 1. can you please go to Settings -> Permalinks and try save again? Let us know if there issue will be fixed.
    Regarding the 2, not sure I understand it properly, would you mind please re-explain us?

    Hi,
    i just tried your suggestion with the permalinks but it’s not working.

    Please go to https://www.playlifesports.de/filialen/ and try to use the bottom navigation to go to the next page at Flilialen.
    We have 5 pages of Filialen and the next page doesn’t work. Please click in 2, 3, 4 or 5 and you will see.

    Hi!
    As we didn’t hear anything from you for a few days we had to deactivate the pagination at news and products (filialen) because of not explainable bug. Now we are showing all product on one page without using pagination. If you have any better solution to use pagination again i would be thankful to hear it.

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.
