    I tried to install via the once-click method and the manual method. Both fail. I receive the following errors:

    Media “” already exists.
    Media “” already exists.
    Media “Advanced Visual Layout Editor” already exists.
    Media “Easy to use for Beginners and Pros, Young and Old” already exists.
    Media “Responsive Design” already exists.
    Media “24/7 Support” already exists.
    Media “Powerful Theme Options” already exists.
    Media “Regular Updates” already exists.

    How do I resolve?

    Hey skendus1,
    Which demo are you trying to install? Your error messages look like it was trying for a second time and should have been reset with the “wp-reset” plugin.
    Can we reset it and try?
    Please include a admin login & FTP access in the Private Content area.
