horizontal indicator bar on menu – increase its thinkness ???

Please try this code in the General Styling > Quick CSS field:

.avia-menu-fx {
    height: 4px !important; 
}

please adjust the number to suit, 2px is the standard.
If this doesn’t help please include the url to the page in question so we can take a closer look.
