My Mailchimp forms are not working. Emails aren’t being sent and my Order Processing email from Woocommerce are not sending. I have no idea what the commonality is between these two besides my website which in using enfold. Am I way off? Could this have anything to do with the theme?

Could this possibly be a hosting issue? I would look towards the hosting to ensure there is no server issues first.

I’m still looking at the email sending issues but re: the Stripe. Can you have a look at the site, put a product in the cart then select Stripe? I’m not sure that’s a server issue. I was on an older vriosn on Enfold and just updated but the problem is still there.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

As Shannon suggested, I was checking with my host if the Email issues could be related to that but I realized that I AM getting emails from Woocommerce …however the emails that are sending are the New Orders emails that goes to the store owners account from Woo. The Order Processing email that goes to the customer, which I have copied over to my Enfold Child Theme is the one that is not sending.
I had it copied over there because I recall when setting it up being told that this way when WooCommerce did updates, it would not wipe out any customization I have done to the template.
Thanks all being said, could the reason that specific email is not sending be because of an issue with the child theme?

Have you tried switch to the main version of the theme from the child theme?
