    I think there is a certain problem withe the Sticky Submenu since the update tot 4.5
    (Sticky Submenu – If checked the menu will stick at the top of the page once it touches it.)
    If checked, the submenu will not work using it above a grid of Posts.
    If unchecked, it works.

    Sorry for the problem, this was introduced in the new version of the theme. Please try this in Quick CSS to see if you have any luck with it:

    #sub_menu1 {
  z-index:301 !important;
}
