    Hi there,

    i am working withe custom footer page. It works fine till I need a translation for this page.
    I tried to copy the page an give it a different language, but the theme only allows one custom footer page.
    I thought it will work automatically because the pages are directly connected by polylang. Doesn’t work.

    Is there a solution how to show the custom footer page in different languages?

    Hey HOGMBH,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi HOGMBH,

    If you’re using WPML, you have theme options in all languages and you can set the page to be a footer for every language.

    Hi Victoria,

    ok, but thats not a solution for me.
    We already did the translation for the whole page via polylang plugin.
    Is there no option to fix my problem an other way?

    Hi HOGMBH,

    Well, in this case, you can either not use the page as the footer or hire someone to write the customization for you to make that option work. This kind of customization is out of the scope of our support, unfortunately.
