The content is there and appears on the website page, but you can’t edit it in the back office.

    Hey Kathy,

Where can we see and reproduce the problem?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

Oh thank God, somebody is here.

    The website is FSBOMarketingExperts.com

The bottom box on the home page is blank. It appears on the website but the edit box (visual and html) are blank. A white screen. I can’t edit it. It happens in quite a few places but right now you can look at this one.
I have cleared both website and browser caches. I have deactivated all the plugins and tried to activate them one at a time to see what happens.
I have shut down my computer and started over.
I bought new tech support today, that I can’t access so that was a waste and I FTPd the latest child and enfold themes. Still have same problem. Host, Bluehost, says it’s theme problem.
You can go to just about any page and it still happens on all these other pages too.
My current version of Enfold is 4.5

I am also getting this error message at the top of the home page:
“Notice: Undefined index: muted in /home1/assista6/public_html/fsbomarketingexperts/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/function-set-avia-frontend.php on line 613”

    Hi,

Thanks for the login details. I see the same thing on my end, I’m not really sure why that is happening though. Could you try to activate debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode, then move all the shortcodes to a new page to see if that helps please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hey!

I enabled debugging mode as Rikard suggested and tried editing your home page and i was able to edit bottom text block and can see the content. Attached a screenshot in private content field. Could you please review your website?

    Best regards,
    Yigit
