    Hi, i currently have istalled the 4.4.1 version on Enfold and today i’ve tried to update to 4.5 but i have a problem.
    When i confirm update i see the page (see below), i wait but nothing happens.
    It seems the the update process crashes…
    Could you help me?

    Ok, but if i wait to update, this problems will be fixed as soon as possibile?
    I prefer to follow the standard update method cause someone had problems…

    The following steps will solve the issue:

    1. Download the latest Enfold update from themeforest
    2. Open the admin part of your wordpress site and download the pluging called Update Theme and Plugins from Zip File
    >make sure you select the option within this plugin to generate an automated backup from your current theme
    3. Go to themes, upload the entire enfold zip-file and install the new theme (do not delete any old theme from the theme overview)
    > the plugin will update the theme without overwriting any other things; it justs updated the theme.
    4. Activate the theme

    Ok meuwessen, thanks.
    But my question is: could i wait for an Enfold fix and update later with the standard method?

    Hi,

    Envato changed the API completly and the old way is rate limit restricted and will not work any longer. To upgrade to 4.5 you will have to do with FTP, but the next updates should work with the standard method after you entered your Envato Personal Token. Instructions you find in WP Dashboard -> Enfold -> Theme Update tab.
