    Hi
    I’ve just purchased Enfold for a website I’m refreshing.

    I’ve uploaded the theme file zip, but when I activate it, I get a blank screen. I can navigate to the admin panel, but if I click on Enfold in the side menu, it’s also blank.

    This is a live site. Short of not using Enfold, not sure what to do.

    Please help.

    I think I’ve managed to get it working. After several options I tried to delete the theme, activate the 2015 theme (had been Divi), then reinstall and it worked on the 2nd attempt.

    Is this a common occurrence?

    Hi Stephen,

    Great, glad you got it working and thanks for the update. Which version did you update from? Some files have moved in the more recent versions so that might have been the problem.
